Who doesn’t love cheesecake? Well, I guess I have to admit there are probably people out there who don’t, but let’s face it, they are few and far between! When someone told me I could make a perfect New York Style cheesecake in the Instant Pot, I didn’t believe them at first. I had to give it a try!
It turned out amazing and it was so easy to do.

I have tried making this cheesecake with both no-name cream cheese and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. The results were more flavourful with the Philadelphia brand. The no-name just did not have that tang that we associate with cheesecake. I definitely recommend using Philadelphia for this recipe!
This New York Style Cheesecake can be enjoyed plain or topped with a cherry compote, fresh berries, chocolate ganache, pretty much anything that takes your fancy! You can find the recipe below.
