Cleaning Your Instant Pot – In this segment, I will show you how to properly deep-clean your Instant Pot. It is easy, and not terribly time-consuming.
Cleaning once every 1-2 weeks, depending on use, will prevent bacteria build-up that can cause sickness, alter food flavours, and shorten the life of your Instant Pot.
Removing the sealing ring, as well as the filter basket and pop-up valve, are simple tasks that should be done after each use. You’ll love my sealing ring cleaning tip! We all know how it can retain a certain smell that doesn’t go away, with regular cleaning methods.
